These primers, which have very high filling and hiding power, can be applied to all types of surfaces horizontally and vertically. It is easily sanded and creates a smooth and very solid base for the top coat paints to be applied.

  • It is formulated to prepare all types of wood surfaces (chipboard and MDF) for topcoat paint applications.It allows the application of cellulosic, polyurethane, acrylic and polyester based topcoat paints without any problem.

    Hardener PH-100 : 2,5 Polyester/Cellulosic Thinner : max.10
  • The surface must be clean and dry, free of dirt and dust. Accelerator must be added into the Polyester Primer and mixed thoroughly.The amount of the mixture to be used at one time should be taken and the hardener should be added into it, mixed well again and applied immediately by spraying with a gun. If thinner is required, Cellulosic/Polyester Thinner can be used at a maximum rate of 10%. The application should be made in 2 layers, 120 + 180 gr/m2. Gelling time should be waited between coats. After 4-5 hours in the summer months, and after 12 hours in the winter months, it should be made ready for the topcoat application with sandpaper.During the application, the ambient temperature should not be below 5 °C.
  • It should be stored in closed packages, in a dry clean, cool environment that will not be exposed to direct sunlight. In its original packaging, the stock period is 6 month.
