Cellulosic Sealer

Filling varnishes preferred where fast drying is required. These are sealers that fills the pores of the wood and creates a smooth surface for the finishing products to be applied. It is a filling varnish that protects the surface from discoloration caused by top coat varnishes. It can be sanded easily due to quick drying.

It is used in furniture and decoration works to provide the smooth surface required for the application of topcoat varnish on all kinds of wooden surfaces (chipboard, MDF, wood veneer and solid surfaces).

SLT-2000 : 50-100
The surface must be clean and dry, free of dirt and dust. Before use, the filler varnish should be mixed thoroughly and homogenized. After mixing with the thinner properly, it is applied on the surface with a pistol. If the ambient temperature is 20°C according to the desired fullness, it is waited for 5-10 minutes between the layers and 2 layers of cross application can be made in the form of 90+100 gr/m2. During the application, the ambient temperature should not be below 5 °C.
It should be stored in closed packages, in a dry clean, cool environment that will not be exposed to direct sunlight. In its original packaging, the stock period is 1 year.
