Antimicrobial Varnishes

resistant and long-lasting antibacterial protection against microorganisms without requiring any additional treatment. In this way, the surfaces on which it is applied are also protected against microorganisms. Antibacterial activity does not shorten the shelf life. This efficacy is also resistant to wash and abrasion.

Protected by Sanitized® antimicrobial technology these varnishes, effectively prevent the reproduction of microbes 24/7 from the very beginning.

The performance and safety of Sanitized® technology has been tested and certified by independent laboratories. It has been tested against bacteria such as Escherichia Coli and Staphylococcus Aureus according to the ISO 22196 standard and has been confirmed to be effective up to 99.9%.

  • It is recommended to be applied on MDF, solid and veneered wooden surfaces, as a Self-sealer, as well as on the floor with PVD.500 PU filler varnish, which is prepared in advance, for all kinds of furniture decoration works that are desired to have antimicrobial properties.

    Before use, it should be mixed thoroughly and homogenized. Suitable surface after mixing with suitable thinner and hardener
    It is applied with a pistol on it. If the temperature is 23°C between the coats, after waiting for 25-30 minutes, 2 layers of 90+110 gr/m2 can be cross-applied. During the application, the ambient temperature should not be below 5 °C.
  • It should be stored in closed packages, in a dry clean, cool environment that will not be exposed to direct sunlight. In its original packaging, the stock period is 1 year.
