As ESKİM Kimya, we aim to ensure a healthy and safe working environment within the scope of the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, in compliance with standards, applicable legislation and regulations, based on the principle of continuous improvement, and to raise the Occupational Health and Safety culture among all employees to the highest level.

Therefore;

✓ To organize training programs to establish Occupational Health and Safety awareness and culture,
✓ To set the target of zero occupational diseases and work-related accidents, and to increase productivity by taking the necessary measures,
✓ To provide continuous information and instructions to ensure the safe use of work equipment, and to conduct internal and external audits,
✓ To ensure process safety, reduce the risks of major industrial accidents, monitor relevant performance indicators, and ensure continuous improvement,
✓ To provide the necessary information, work instructions, guidance and management to ensure that processes are carried out safely when working with chemical substances,
✓ To ensure the participation of our employees and suppliers in all Occupational Health and Safety processes,

and we accept and undertake to continuously improve all activities carried out in this direction.
